No further correspondence after accepting new contract offer!

Hi all, I have just continued with a new contract for another 18 months as the offer I was given via my telephone call to retentions was to good to say no to. I have been sent an email with the "pre contract documents" ie. the CCS and CIS contract PDF's and also a link to click and view on my mobile stating the the same and a green "approved" on the said link. Could anyone please tell me what happens next as I would of thought after the telephone call to deal with this new contract and being told that it was "all sorted" I would have had a more formal contract to view either by email or to view on my accounts page at Virgin Media?

If you have accepted a new deal we wouldn't really send you anything else after this your paperwork is the above you mentioned and you once you click you are happy with it the order will proceed.

If you go to your online account you will  see any changes here. Cheers
