New Monthly Package Price Not Honoured.+

Last week I negotiated a new contract with one of your colleagues over the phone which changed my monthly cost to £46.22 and I received a pdf in an email confirmation showing this. About a day later I got another email saying the contract is sorted and that came with another pdf showing what is in the package which was what was agreed except the price had gone up by £1.84.  So I want to know why the monthly price is now being stated as £48.06 instead of the £46.22 which was originally agreed?

We're sorry to hear there's been some discrepancies in your new package cost. This is something we can certainly check for you but in order to do that I will need to confirm some information with you to pass security.

If you are on a mobile/tablet device then instead click on the little circle icon in the top right then select 'Messages'. 😊
