New Contract Available via Deals?

My current contract is due to end September, the price going up from £79 to £122. This is far too excessive.

Yet I need to know if I can start a new contract by clicking on Packages ( Broadband, TV and phone deals see below) and setting up a new contract which is a little cheaper, faster broadband and Sky Sports. Could I do this? Anyone know?

Hi @MrGiles22

Thanks for posting and welcome back to the community.

You can go to your online account - virg.in/myVM sign in and click upgrades/offers to see what offers are available certainly.

Or thirty or more days before the contract ends, either call the team on 150 / 0345 454 1111 option 4, or message via Whatsapp on +447305 327 112 (automated at the start) and we can discuss deals with you.

Best wishes.

I keep getting offers from Virgin about a new package, but the monthly offering is horrendous and they keep offering Sky Cinema which I do not want. What with the cost of living nowadays, why Virgin thinks all their customers are made of money is beyond me. Don't they do Market Research?? I wonder what other virgin customers think?

The flip-side to this is that for the past ~18months you've had a £122/month contract, but with a time-limited £43/month discount.

When you say VM keep offering to include Sky Cinema, are they ignoring your request to include Sky Sports (remember this is only SD as standard) and offering Cinema instead? Or are they offering you both Sports & Cinema? If the latter, there may be a multi-buy discount on taking both premium channels - and what's the harm in accepting Cinema as well?

If they're refusing to give you a price for Sky Sports, then that's a different issue. Remember there's a £7/month charge to upgrade SS to SS-HD.

Hi MrGiles22,

We're sorry to hear you feel this way, are you referring to the offers online or have you been able to speak with the team directly to see what else we can offer?
