I have virgin broadband at my home. My wife is an employee of Liberty Global and has moved in with me. I understand that if we take out a package with Virgin on her name it will be cheaper.
In this regard I have a few Qs. After reviewing some contradictory information to date I am somewhat confused.
1. Which packages are available to my wife at a monthly cost of £20 or less? Please mention one off costs separately. Please also mention the broadband speed and the extent of the telephone and TV facilities that come with each.
2. What new hardware comes with the packages?
3. What is the process for taking out the new package? How long does it take to put in place assuming the existing package expires within days?
4. I believe the discounted package deals (My Rates) are for life, is this true?
- 5. Can we start with a certain package and then possibly change to another package later on without additional admin charges?
