Hi - really hoping someone can help! I have been served with a Section 21 notice from my landlord and when I called Customer Services to advise I was leaving the property I was told I would still be liable for an early termination fee despite me moving out of my home not being my choice and now it's really panicking me. I can provide evidence of the eviction notification if someone can help me with a way I can share that? Thank you.
