I have taken over his account [aka setting up a totally new account but not offering new member discount]
I don't know how to stop VM sending emails to his email account instead of mine - I have told them my email address on multiple occasions and asked for help.
I had added my email address to his account before this mess began, but clearly it didn't stick. I am unable to log in until this is sorted out.
