How do I contact a human about billing query

Have been charged for booster pods even though on Vault package. Can’t get through to someone to discuss

    I'm sorry to hear that you've received a disputed charge for a Wi-Fi Pod. When did you take out the Volt bundle and/or how did you sign up for the Volt benefits?
