Hi,
I am trying to cancel my Virgin Media but I am having a huge problem. I can't communicate with Virgin Media because I don't have my account number as I have been locked out of my email account. Every time I call Virgin Media they ask me for my account number and I cannot proceeded with the first step in the phone call. I can access the app/account because I'm locked out. There is also no email address from Virgin media to contact this about. I am leaving the country soon and I have no way to get an answer from Virgin Media.
