The reason i have joined is to get some information on the new contract i have ordered, 10 days ago i ordered the Gig1 fiber broadband with the virgin media hub 5, but i have not heard a thing off you since!!! Numerous phone calls & chatting to your team on the help chat but still nothing! so i have 4 days left in which to cancel which i am going to do tomorrow,this is my last resort befor i do so.
