Until today 27/12/24 I have not received the return packaging to send back the hub, VM have threatened to charge me 40 pounds if it is not returned By 3/01/25, i understand it takes at least 10 days to travel by mail. I have spoke on webchat to a person called AMIT who gave me a reference number for tracking a doorstep collection this webchat was on the 25/12/24 AMIT said that the hub would be picked up with in the next 3-5 days, Will I be notified of when its going be -today , tomorrow or Sunday . Also I have been on to my account and there is no where for me to input that reference code. Please advise on how i can use the reference code beginning FOR and if I will be notified of the collection time.`
