Difference in pre & final contract information.

During contract renewal I switched from maxit tv to mega tv (as offered). Since TNT sport is no longer included in a package I requested it as an add on. I received the pre-contract documents on 1st of June and all was correct. On the 4th of June I received a summary which did not include TNT sports and said  channel is now switched off. Phoned the helpline but they didn't really grasp the situation and would only offer to add TNT for an additional fee which I obviously rejected as I have pre-contract information stating a package and price which I agreed to. Would be grateful for any help such as a contact email address to at least share the documentation I have.
