Car hit by Virgin Media Van

Hi - This morning my car was hit by a Virgin Media Van, where the driver had left the vehicle and not put on the hand brake. The van reversed back into my car, thankfully not harming anyone. Can someone from VM advise the contact details of the insurance company I need to deal with. I have images of van and damage to my car which I can share

as well. Incident happened in RG6 5QJ

Don't liaise directly with VM on this. Just pass the details you have to your insurance company.

Hi there @pmorri01 👋 Welcome to our forum and thanks for your post 😊

Sorry to see there has been damage to your card due to the VM van. Glad to see that there were no injuries to anyone.

I'll pop you a PM to confirm your details so this can be logged.

Regards

Nathan

As Cardiffman said, let your insurance compant deal with this. It's what you pay them for.  All they need is the van's registration number.

My name is NOT Alessandro. That's just a tag Virginmedia sticks on some contributors. Please ignore it.

Indeed, do not in any way engage with VM, including replying to Nathan_B’s post. There are good legal reasons for this. As mentioned above, you pay your insurance company to deal with situations like this - let them!
