I have a technician visit booked for tomorrow Mon 6th may, which can now be cancelled as the fault has been rectified. I can see the appointment in the "My Virgin Media" app and by text, but it won’t give me option to cancel the appointment. I tried the main VM web page from my desktop pc, and it does not show the appointment at all, so is also no help.
Can anyone from VM assist please?
