I have now been waiting close to 2 months for the promised call back. 

 

The customer service here sucks.

I have been V customer for 13 years but have a new house.  

I raised a request in October 2022 but received no response and have identified nearby Virgin properties - adjacent to footpaths etc 

Thanks.  Happy to contribute to any cost.
