Broadband Direct Debits incorrect (overcharging Feb/March 2024)

Hi

Hope someone at Virginmedia can resolve some differences in DD payments for Broadband:

Old contract for broadband only: £39.00 per month paid by DD

Incorrect DD (29 Feb 2024): £39.70      WHY?

Incorrect DD (2 April 2024): £50.67  for new contract 100189928508     WHY?    should be £47.00 per month
