Hi guys how do I activate 2fa on my virgin account login on PC ? I can see device security options but nowhere can I see any options to configure 2fa.

Thanks for reaching out to us, sorry to hear you are having issues with Two Factor Authentication, as that can be very varied can you please elaborate further into which type that you are seeing on your account, any images are welcome with personal data removed should any be showing.

It doesn't really work in experience. If you enable the device security bit and also force a log out of all devices in the same bit then it will work once but then fail to 2FA you again after that.

However if you remember to manually log out of your VM account after every visit I now see that 2FA does work.
