2 broadband accounts at 2 different addresses

Hi,

I have this problem too, 2 different residences with 2 Virgin accounts but both linked to same email / phone number etc so I can only seem to access one of them. Please advise how I can add / view both accounts, no issue with separate bills etc totally fine with that. Thanks.

Each account will have it's own account number, and a separate online account would be needed for each 😊
