Can someone confirm if it is possible to move legacy email addresses (primary and secondary) to a new virgin media account?
The old account was disconnected last month. Have received conflicting information during the several phone calls with VM over the last 3 weeks.
If it is possible who can actually do it?

This can be usually be done if the old and new accounts are in the same name, but it should be done at the time of the new account being opened. Your best bet now is to wait for a staff person to pick this up and offer to help.

So, I've been swapping PMs with one and then a second person from the forum team for over a week on this issue, so far without resolution, and now no message since Thursday of last week.
