Unable to sign into email - "Always translate Luxembourish"

On our wavelength

Mt partner has been unable to sign in to his email for 2 weeks, it just keeps saying forbidden, and there's a box that appears saying 'always translate luxembourish'

 

Please help as our contract is due for renewal in the next 4 days and we will have to cancel if we can't resolve this issue.

Does the issue persist when using your browser's Incognito / Private window? If not then when it next occurs:

  • select the padlock icon shown in the address / location bar
  • look for an option to either clear / view cookies in the pop-up menu
  • then follow the process to remove the cookies shown for the site
