Unable to see dropdown folders in my Virgin Media Mail server online

This is a disaster as I have folders in, for example, accounts, that have all my different tax return conversations with my account per the last 5 years. The folders show on my iPhone. I am also unable to see many other dropdown folders for important stuff like clients I work for etc.

I need HELP!

Andie

Have you checked that those folders haven't been moved into other folders like Deleted or Trash or some other folder that you've created?  With webmail you are looking directly at the server, so if the folders are not showing they really have gone.

With important data like this you will of course have kept backups, so you could reconstruct those folders and their contents.  But you'd be better off setting up an email account elsewhere that's intended for business use. Virginmedia email certainly isn't.

My name is NOT Alessandro. That's just a tag Virginmedia sticks on some contributors. Please ignore it.

THANKS! I have no idea why / how they were un-ticked. Managed to get it all back - SO grateful.
