Ok. So for the second time in a year, Spamhaus are blocking emails I send from my work email address. I am not spamming anybody and need the email account to work fully in order to work. I currently have to use my phone as a hotspot which isnt ideal.Im told my IP is static and cannot be changed but understand that the fix is for my ISP to either instruct spamhaus to remove me from the list and/ or to assign me a new ip address. I really need help with this as it is having a massive impact and I havent done anything wrong! both my laptops are clean following virus checks. the only other thing I can think of trying but it will cost money is a vpn.Any ideas? please help

Hi and thanks. However, it isnt likely that there would be an issue with both my work and peronal email and it says both dont exist so pretty useless

All I can say that this email checker https://verifalia.com/validate-email is the one that I use.
I have not used it for a while but I just tested and it correctly validated the email accounts I have on both my personal domains, my Ntlworld (ViM) address, my Gmail account plus my Yahoo account.
It also correctly reported that a couple of fake email addresses that I made up do not exist.
You do have to sign up for an account to use it, so read their Terms and Conditions to check you are happy. A free account allows you to test 25 addresses per day.
Some email checkers will not check email addresses from large email providers such as VM and Gmail but this one does.
Also: just to respond to a few of your questions and observations:
"not sure how to check fire sticks for viruses /malware so any advice is appreciated please."
The easiest way to ensure they are not infected with malware is to reset them to their original factory settings. That will remove any additional apps that have been installed, including potentially dangerous, one will be removed.
"my wife’s work laptop has one (a VPN) and she’s had no issues on our VM WiFi"
If she is running a VPN while your VM IP address is blocked she definitely will not have any issues using your VM wifi network because by definition she will be sending email from the IP address provided by the VPN rather than your domestic VM IP address.
Also she will not have problems if she sends an email from her mobile phone or tablet while using her mobile data service because she will be sending using the VPN provided by her mobile data service.
Also she will not have any issues if she sends emails using a webmail service such as that provided by VM rather than en email client such as Outlook.. Emails sent from a webmail service will be coming directly from the email provider's server so the IP address will be the IP address of that email service's mail server not your domestic IP address,
However, if she sends an email from her laptop using your VM IP address while the IP is on Spamhaus blacklists she could find her email blocked. However, I did say earlier that the decision whether or not to block an email is made by the email service receiving the email. Not all email services check whether the IP address in incoming email is on a Spamhaus blocklist so she could be lucky and her email would be allowed through.
