Hi Robert. The same thing has happened to my ntlworld address. I am a Virgin Media customer, I left and rejoined. I can't log in to this email account anywhere but my phone, and Virgin Media couldn't help me over the phone. Any help in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Welcome to our community.
Sorry to hear about your email being hacked.
We do delete email accounts 90 days after a customer has left us, However a few may tend to slip the net and remain active.
It's an easy fix from here though. I just need to send you a private message to take some details.
Then we can raise this with our IT support team and get the email removed.
Normally it takes around 7-10 days, but it will be a lot quicker than that.
If you can check your logo at the top right of your screen that would be great.
