Ok i cant do all the steps laid out fir me to gain access to my virgin email because its saying my account is currently unavailable and i need to reset my virgin media account password first ! Well im trying to do so on my iphone but the sihn in process dies not allow me to select ( forgot password ) as its the auth passkey facial recognition login on my iphone which just signs me straight into my account. Im going round in circles trying to get into my email and its driving me mad. I cant get anyone to talk with and the chat bot and agents on whatsapp only want to help if its a sale they get and if your nit a sale they pass you to another department. Please can someone help me here. All i want is for my virginmedia emails to be accessed again in my iphone mail app
