Outgoing emails blocked

All my email addresses and my two accounts have been blocked with the message ...VM Notice.JPG

But I have not sent emails for two days on one of the accounts.

I have been waiting 5 hours on teh chat line for help.

Fortunately I have a gmail account which works.

I'd suggest concealing your IP address on the open forum. 

Some ideas here

I'm not a Very Insightful Person (just a little bit, sometimes). I don't work for Virgin Media (but then nor do any of the offshore customer service agents).

Go to and:

  • Email Sending Errors from drop down list
  • Other from drop down list
  • enter your name into My name field
  • Email address field
  • Submit button

Hopefully de-listing will occur sooner rather than later but if not post back here to have issue flagged to the forum team.
