Hi my NTLWORLD EMAIL has been hacked.
I've tried to access the account via MYVM but emails are locked out and I can't get any access to it. I have tried all the steps as per Virgin Media help pages to no avail. Tried to reset via chat with Virgin but still not getting any where.
Got to the stage where I just want it wiped out of existence as I'm being bombarded with spam and they have managed to get into some of my accounts online and lock me out, they are obviously viewing all emails to and from the NTLWORLD account.
Can anyone help with deleting this account totally so no mail goes through it?
