Have been locked out of my Virginmedia email for 6 months - Virgin keep saying they are onto it and will call back - nobody ever does. Something about the fact that when I moved home and ported my Virginmedia package, the Virgin Customer Services team set it up wrong and didn't also port my email address attached to my account. Any ideas how to fix this?

Sorry to hear of the issues experienced when trying to access your E-Mail account.
If you have since moved your services to an alternative address, as part of the move and transfer of the services, the E-Mail address should have also been part of this process.
