Hi

Hi

My daughters email has been hacked ( NTL EMAIL).I was a customer with VM until October 2019. We moved house and changed provider but continued to use our NTL emails. Have tried to deactivate this email account with VM on numerous occasions but they are not being helpful at all. Meanwhile the hackers are having a field day! Please please can someone help us. We are desperate to sort this out.
