Hi,
I'm a current virgin media customer.
On Friday afternoon I lost access to my virgin.net email address which I have been using for around 30 years.
When virgin changed over to virgin media email addresses, in around 2012, I was allocated a new virgin media email address with my virgin.net address linked to my account.
I accessed my account and clicked on the email section and it informed me that my email was locked and required the password to be reset.
I did this and it gave me assess to my virgin media email address but not my virgin.net address.
I did call the help line on Saturday and they said they had reset my virgin.net email address but I still can't get access.
Any help with this would be greatly appreciated as having used this email address for over 30 years it would not be easy to change over my email address.

Hi,
Just to close this out for anyone finding this thread.
I had two account running, an old account linked to my virgin.net email address and a new account linked to my VM email address.
Once I logged in to my old account I was able to generate a new app passwords and we are up and running again.
VM must keep the old account open to preserve the old email addresses which explains why I couldn't find it linked to my current account.
Hope this helps someone else in the future.
