Hi, just like many others on this forum my old ntl email has been hacked and I'm receiving the usual threats and demands for money. It appears they have somehow used my email address to carry out their threats. Please can anyone help and advise with closing down this account? I am no longer a virgin media customer and cannot access my settings.
