Email account blocked

I checked my emails before I went out this morning.  I have tried again this evening, but I get a message saying that the account is blocked.

I have no idea why that should happen.  How can I get it back?

I had no problems yesterday, only later this morning.  I have regained access to my accounts, but now have another issue.  I use a separate email account for mailing lists etc.  I can't open it this evening.  I get a message to say that I have entered an incorrect password.  Given that it is saved in the browser, and was effective earlier today, I can't see why there would be a problem with my password.

Thank you for popping back to us @SandraDJ is this the email you use to log in to My Virgin Media or a secondary email?

Are you accessing it via web or client mail?

I expect that Ashleigh means is the account concerned your primary account or a secondary one. Each VM email address should have its own My Virgin Media account.  Only the primary one will show the billing information so that is a good guide to know if you are signed into the correct My VM account.

It is a secondary account.  I had a call from VM yesterday.  I now have to access it using a gmail login, which seems bizarre to me.
