Deleting old VM email account

No longer a VM customer but the old email address is still there and I want it deleted.   Are VM able to delete it - couldn’t see how to contact VM when not a customer from the web, other than to raise a complaint which isnt the right route.  Hopefully someone from VM can help.

    VM can indeed do this, and they did it for me.

    Just wait here a couple of days for a VM Mod to pick this up and discuss directly with you.  It took about 10 days for my request to be completed.

    Thanks for your time via PM greyeye 

    I've raised a ticket with our IT team for the mailbox to be removed.

    The current SLA is 06/08/2024 but the team typically respond sooner to these type of requests.

    I will keep you posted 🙂
