Cannot get into my email account

I seem to have a problem getting into one of my email accounts, It gives me a message that says:

The provided login data to access e-mail server imap.virginmedia.com seems to be wrong. Please correct them.

Also: "The entered credential or authentication information does not work or are no longer accepted by provider. Please change them." I cannot fix this. I had the same problem with this email account last year. Please can you help

Hi Nathan, I can't get into my removed  emails if that is where you are sending the PM. I can read emails through my removed  emails
