Hi,
I can't login to my virgin email account via the web browser, when I try to reset the password it doesn't recognise the email address. The oath browser looks to have changed in the last few days.
I can still access/send/receive my emails on my phone email client ( so the email is still working ). Very confused.
I renewed my contract recently as well, so could it be something to do with that?

This is exactly what is happening to me and why I just came to the forums to post. I also can't send email via Thunderbird (but can receive), I can't log on to webmail and it says my email is not recognised when I try to reset my password. It works fine on my phone.

This has been resolved, I went on Whatsapp and spoke to staff there. They reset the account and set up a new password for me, it then asks you to create a new oath pin. Perhaps something expired, they aren't giving much away when I ask just saying it was a technical glitch.
