The big question is, do you still have Virgin Media broadband?
1) If you are still a broadband customer then VM support should be able to reset the password for you.
You can call VM support for free by dialling 150 from a Virgin Media line or you can call 0345 454 1111 from any other line at your standard call rate.
Or you can wait for one of the Forum Team (VM staff who support this forum). They will contact you via this thread probably tomorrow.
2) If you are no longer a VM broadband customer then you are stuck basically.
VM have a "Forgotten password" process but that will only work if you have set up a non VM email address as the username for your Blueyonder account the verification email for the password reset goes to your username email account. If you do have a non VM email address as the username for your Blueyonder email account you could try this link https://www.virginmedia.com/identity/forgotten-details/password
Other than that then you are out of options I'm afraid.
