If you’ve recently changed your Direct Debit date or plan to, your next bill amount may be a little lower or higher than usual. It’s nothing to worry about – it’s just to bring everything in line with your new payment date. The amount will alter the Package changes section on your next bill breakdown. After that, the rest of your bills should show your usual package price.
