Does the virgin executive team still exist? I have tried emailing but no reply and the number for calling them is disconnecting but the email has been received not rejected etc?

You can email them till you're blue in the face, they'll get back to you eventually.

I have emailed them and spent a fortune on numerous recorded delivery and guaranteed delivery letters - THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU!

I got a call from someone who said they'd call me back in 15 minutes, that was a MONTH AGO (today is 25th May 2024)
