Strean flex. Cannot add sky sports and TNT sports "technical glitch" error

I have a stream box with a flex plan. I am trying to add sky sports and TNT sports subscriptions. I cannot do this on the stream box due to the technical glitch error. I cannot do it through the app as it sends me to a chat bot who seems unable to help. I have tried a box reboot and this has not worked.

Could a member of the forum team please check my account provisioning to resolve the stream subscription error
