Stream box for exist customers

I read that finally, a box is available on WiFi, rather than having to have a cable routed to it.

I'm not interested in flex as all I want to do is watch live TV & poss netflix on it (already subscribed via netflix)

I read that apart from the £35 'activation fee' that if no further channels were needed there NOT be any further monthly fees however,  after calling today was advised that on top of the £35 fee, there is also a £5 monthly fee for the equipment? Also, I asked whether I could have a 2nd stream box but was advised No, only 1 stream box per account?

Can anyone clarify if the info given above is correct? ie, the monthly £5 fee and no 2nd box alllowed?

    Flex is the new name for the stream box so they both work the same.

    Do you already have a TV box or just broadband, if you only have 1 x 360 box you can add a flex / stream box, it might be up to 5, if you already have 2 x 360 boxes then you can't have a flex / stream box.

    £5 a month sounds about right.

    Everything is streamed on the flex / stream box including live TV.

      I already have TV mega (Tivo), BB & landline package. I don't have an aerial in the house hence why I think a stream box would be good for getting freeview channels (& access to my Netflix subscription) in another room in the house

        Easy way to check if you have a V6 (TiVo) box or a 360 is do you have a remote with a voice control button, if you do have a 360 then you should now be able to add a stream box / flex box.

    You cannot have TiVO kit & Horizon kit (V360 or Flex) on the same account together. If you want a flex box in addition, your existing box will either have to be converted or changed to a Horizon V360 box.
