Sofabaton Universal Remote

Hi

Anyone using a Sofabaton universal remote with the stream box

Sofabaton support say the Arris VIP5002W has been added to their database of supported devices.

    Just got a remote and the arris vip5002w is in the IR database and not the Bluetooth section. So it doesn't work. I'll return it after Christmas.

    Returning the Sofabaton  or the VM Stream box? Doesn't the Sofabaton X1S also use IR and come with IR boosters/magic eye?
