Hi

I tried to sign up for the half price offer for multiroom that came from VM via email. The linked holding page said 'Congrats - you're all set' after I input my details, but there is nothing showing under orders on my account, and I've not had any email confirmation. This was 4 days ago. When I tried Chat just now, that wasn't working. 

Help!
