Can't add channels to flex/stream via app.

I'm trying to add TNT Sport to my Virgin Stream box, currently there's an offer to add it for £10pm. I currently pay £34 for 500mb and got the Stream for free.

When I select it, it says my monthly cost will be £60pm rather than the £44 I'm expecting, I'm guessing it's removed all my discounts, except my bill credit is £32pm so this wouldn't add up anyway...

Is this a known issue? I'm guessing I'll need to call up but I don't really have time to do that. How long do the channels taken to be active? It was implied that you could automatically flex up and down but this doesn't seem particularly straight forward?

    We're sorry to hear you're having an issue with adding TNT Sports. Stream channels can be managed via My VM and you can find out more information on this here. Sometimes on the account there may be certain discounts and if changing the package, this can mean you're no longer eligible for these. 

    As the price is going up, it's likely you have more than 1 discount on there which would be invalid once adding the channels. Please ensure you're reading any pre-contract information before agreeing as this will outline the total cost for you.
