Wont link Virgin media account to new VMO2 log in
I have set up the new "VMO2" as prompted when trying to log into my account normally, when I try to link the virgin media account, with all the correct details I get " We cant find your Virgin media account"
I have tried to call, 23rd August to be told I would get a call back after nearly 2 hours on the phone.. Still waiting for that call back!!! They repeatedly asked me to try again like I was being thick, then didnt know what to do!
I have spoken on online chat to get the same answers and now one seems to be able to click a button and link the accounts.
I have been a customer for 3+ years and it isnt a new account, all was working fine prior to having to register for vmo2 crap. I now cannot use virgin go or log into my account to see any bills etc, yet they are happy to continue to take my money for services.
