    chrisb252 I do hope that you regain full access by following the advice from goslow .

    It should still be said that Windows Live Mail is no longer support by Microsoft so you should look at another option to use as an email client.

    In addition Microsoft have announced that they are withdrawing basic access via POP3/IMAP/SMTP for all the email domains that they support from mid September.  So if you have any Microsoft email address you need to start planning a migration to a current email client that supports Microsoft's post September requirements.
