virginmedia says I do not have an email account with them
A couple of months ago I wasn't able to send emails anymore. I am a VM customer incl. broadband for years. When I tried to log into my VM to create a new password as described in the support pamphlet, I was told my email account doesn't exist anymore and I need to create a new password. I have done that but that didn't change anything. I read that I need to have a password created in my VM settings under account details - this option does not exist for me because apparently I don't have email with VM anymore.
Stuck in a loop....HELP!
