Virgin Media - not able to access email account

What the hell is going at Virgin Media?  Lost access to emails in June/july 2025, After having complained on numerous occassion's was able to access email account once more.  Then a fortnight ago back to square one, unable to access email account again. Have raised various complaints but no joy - according to Virgin Media these have all been resolved- I don't think so - lying **bleep**s.  Have spent hours on the phone with customer service and no further to being able to access email account.  Am now nearly pulling my hair out in sheer frustration. Crap company to try and get anything resolved properly.

    Perhaps it's time to move to a more reliable email service.

    What error message do you see please when trying to sign in?

    Are you accessing this via our webmail? Or is this via an app such as outlook?

    Please pop back to us when you can. 

  • I am in the same position, I have had no access to my secondary blueyonder email address since July 2025. A number of complaints have been raised, I have a record of the numbers, although VM say only one complaint was raised. I have spent countless hours on the telephone and sent a letter, by recorded delivery.  I simply get 'automated' letters back, saying the same thing and saying things that are untrue. All I want is for VM to either give me a solution or say that they cannot resolve the problem so I can go to Offcom. I do not want to spend further hours on the telephone, which is what is being proposed, while things are tried. Why cannot VM simply send me a letter with instructions saying how the problem can be resolved - I know that this is a problem affecting many people.

    The complaint system and customer service is hopeless.

    I've had exactly the same issue with exactly the same response and results - i suggest you complain to the communications ombudsman as i have to take it further

  • Is this so he does not have to deal with irate customers?

      His job is to run the company. He has a Customer Services director to deal with customer issues.

      Use an email checker to verify the email address you have is valid.
