Unable to access emails - WD19 area

Service Status shows no problems, yet unable to access emails in WD19 area.

    You'll need to say how you're trying to access email and what messages you get.

    As I stated in my comment the problem was email related. The issue cleared up later that day.

    Can you tell me when the 020 dialling issue will be fixed, this has been going on for a couple of months now. If you live in the London area, and dial another London customer, you should not need to prefix that customers number with 020, you just dial the exchange code e.g. 8428 (the 8 before the 428 denotes outer London), followed by the customer 4 digit number. Is there a fix for this, as I am still getting 'Busy Tone' if I do not enter 020 first.

      Thanks for the update hackettd. With the phone issue in your area, we have recognised the issue and currently requesting customers to use the full dialling code at this time, we are working in resolving this as quickly as possible.
