Unable to access email

I'm having a problem with my virginmedia.com email address. The email quick link on myvirginmedia comes up with the message 'your virgin media mail account is currently unavailable' and also the mail.virginmedia webpage doesn't seem to exist anymore? I can access emails on my phone but think I need to generate a new email app password to access my email on another device, but I don't seem to have the option to do this in myvirginmedia. Have been going round in circles with virgin customer support, they keep promising to get back to me but never do. Help please!

    Are you still a paying VM customer?

    Have you setup the 3rd party email address to access your mailbox via My VM?

    Have you setup the four word password to access your mailbox via any "apps", e.g. Outlook, Thunderbird etc.?

      Hi, yes I'm still a paying VM customer, and yes i have 3rd party emails but i still can't access my emails via my Virginmedia. I've followed the instructions re. changing log in email and password but I still can't get to emails.

      I don't know what the 4 word password is that you're referring to, I can't see that in the help section ?
