Trying to login to My Virgin Media Account to check my emails but login page is just hanging and going nowhere ?
I've cleared all cookies and history on my PC and have restarted it but it's still doing the same thing (which has worked in the past). Any other suggestions please ?
Just to add - the page hangs after I have entered my login details (username and password). It's almost as if it just can't find me ! I've also checked Service Status and that appears to be fine with no problems with my device or in my area.
Every time I try to get in again it just goes straight to the hanging loggin in page - I can't even try siging out and in again as I can't get in in the first place 😖
Finally been able to log in and access my emails - only taken the best part of 2 hours !
