Sub account email access
I'm getting the same issue with a secondary account. I've not been able to access since Tuesday as I get the same error and when I click the button to link account it asks for billing information which is already linked to the primary account. I logged a ticket with VM but am losing hope as it seems to be taking ages for them to even acknowledge theres an issue.
