Sub account email access

I'm getting the same issue with a secondary account. I've not been able to access since Tuesday as I get the same error and when I click the button to link account it asks for billing information which is already linked to the primary account. I logged a ticket with VM but am losing hope as it seems to be taking ages for them to even acknowledge theres an issue.

    Sorry to hear of your concerns with your secondary account access. 

    If you have a ticket raised, then these can take up to 5 working days to be investigated. 

    In the meantime, are you able to post here with your specific concerns and the error code you're seeing and we'll look to support further.

      I am getting the same, it has locked my wife's secondary email (ntlworld.com) out and wants her to set up a new Virgin02 ID. She has done this (with gmail and phone number) but it now wants her to link to a Virgin account but when she puts in our bill details it says it is already linked to my email and she should request to transfer it. We don't want to do this but she can't access her emails until she does it seems! HELP!

        Hi fangster thanks for posting although we're sorry to hear of the concerns you've raised here.

        Unfortunately, you wouldn't be able to use a Blueyonder email address to create an ID, you would need to persist with a third-party one - so sorry for any inconvenience caused.

      Hi! Here are some details on the issue I'm having when trying to login with my secondary account. Once I've completed the two step authentication, I get a page showing which VM 02 ID I'm logged in with asking me to link my Virgin Media account to manage my services. When I click the button to link my services, it moves to a screen asking me for account details from my bill; Last name on account, account number, area ref. As this is a secondary account, the only billing details I have are for the primary account so if I use these it thinks I want to transfer my primary account to this VM O2 ID but that's not what I want to do. I can log in and access everything I need to with my primary account and dont want to transfer anything. I just want to link the VM O2 ID that has been created for my secondary email address to the correct Virgin Media account to enable me to access my secondary email account. I hope this all makes sense. Happy to send specific details and IDs by message if needed.
