Ntlworld email deleted

 

Since yesterday morning my secondary ntlworld account has not been working, I assume it was the same issue as everyone else was having but it is still not working today. I called VM and they said that the email address has been deleted. Apparently it has been in the news so we should know about it, is that true?

Is anyone from VM on here that can help?

Shouldn't they notify paying customers if they are deleting accounts 

Has this happened to anyone else?

    It shouldn't have been deleted yet if it's attached to your broadband account. But you should consider it's on limited life and start moving to a different email supplier. They've given plenty of hints.

      Hi I am the email address user of the email address that Fay is talking about, the main account is clearly still active and paying a subscription so there is no reason for VM to have deleted the account and yet they seem to of done exactly that! Is anyone at VM going to respond to this thread?

        It can take up to several days for a VM person to reply to a topic after it was first posted.
